At Xela Stitch, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refunds and returns policy outlines the conditions and time frames under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Certain items such as clearance or discounted products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping Time Frame
Returned items must be shipped back within 5 days after return approval. Items sent after this period may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of inspection. Since Xela Stitch operates on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be issued via an agreed-upon alternative method, such as bank transfer or store credit, as communicated during the return process.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please submit an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Requests made after the return window has expired
